Returns / Exchange Policy
Kody&Company, LLC can only accept returns for products that are purchased directly from Kody&Company,LLC. If you would like to return products purchased from another source, please contact their customer service department. You may return unopened items for an exchange or refund within 30 days of your receiving the product. Items that arrive damaged or do not work may be exchanged for the same product if returned within 30 days of your receiving the damaged product. Kody&Company is not responsible for returns that are lost during shipping.

Shipping Policy
All orders are subject to a shipping and handling fee and will be reflected on your total bill at checkout. Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of purchase. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm PST, excluding holidays). Orders are shipped via standard USPS and typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days.

Termination
These terms are effective until terminated by either you or Kody&Company. You may terminate these terms at any time by discontinuing use of this site. Upon any termination of the Agreement by either you or Kody&Company, you must destroy all materials obtained from this site, as well as copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of use or otherwise.
